Free Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in crafting clothing with utmost care and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have outlined our Returns & Exchanges policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, undamaged and unwashed with tags in original packaging.
  • The product's seal tag must remain unbroken
  • Providing a video of the received item is mandatory
  • We offer free return shipping to our customers
  • Products under sale and special offers/discounts are not eligible for returns

 

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery
  • If you wish to exchange your purchase, the new item must be of equal or higher value than the original item
  • We offer free exchange service to our customers

 

Process & Refunds

  • Send us a mail at contact@bhrata.com with your order ID to initiate the process
  • Soon one of our team members will be in touch with you
  • Share a video of the sealed package with us
  • Once the request for return/exchange is approved, pack the garment in it's original packaging
  • We'll arrange for logistics to pick up the package from your location
  • We process refunds to the source within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. For exchanges, we'll ship your new item within 5-7 working days of receiving the original product.

 

Damages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged product:

  • Please record a video while opening your package
  • If the product is found damaged, we will accept the return and provide a full refund
  • The process for returning a damaged product is the same as our standard return and exchange procedure

Note: Please do not accept the package if the seal of the packaging is broken or tampered with.

 

Cancellations

At Bhrata, we operate on a make-to-order model to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality for each garment. This approach allows us to be more sustainable and efficient. However, it also means we have a limited cancellation window:

  • If you’re unsure about your order, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement
  • One of our team members will contact you within this timeframe to confirm your order
  • After confirmation, cancellation would not be possible
