Guide to Linen Care
Collapsible content
Washing
Machine wash your linen in cold water on a gentle cycle. This helps preserve the fabric and prevent excessive shrinkage. Use a mild detergent without bleach to protect the fibers and color.
Linen naturally softens with each wash, becoming more comfortable over time.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results. Remove promptly from the dryer to minimize wrinkles.
If air drying, hang your shirt on a padded hanger to maintain its shape.
Ironing
Iron on medium heat while the shirt is still slightly damp for best results. This makes it easier to remove wrinkles.
If you prefer a more relaxed look, you can skip ironing altogether, as linen's natural texture is part of its charm.
Storage
Store your linen shirt in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic bags, which can trap moisture. Instead, use garment bags or hang on padded hangers to maintain shape and allow air circulation.
